Grape Bacon Cambozola Salad No.75

BLEND No.75 CREATIVE RECIPE

I constantly challenge myself to create new salads that are exotic and interesting with layers of textures and flavor. My Blend No.75 brings together just a few ingredients to create a simple yet very sophisticated salad fit for elegant dining or everyday. The array of flavors on your palate that are second to none. It makes an impressive finale to a multi-course dining experience.



BLEND FLAVOR PROFILE
Dill, Parsley, Leek, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Herbs & Spices

Serves 4 - 6

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Dressing

  1. ¼C        HomeiraStyle Blend No.75, Already mixed with olive oil (see Original Signature Recipe)
  2. ½C        Vinaigrette Dressing, Store Bought
  3. 1T         Lemon Zest
  4. 2T         Lemon Juice, Freshly squeezed

Salad

  1.  2C       Red Seedless Grapes, Halved                                 
  2.  2C       Green Seedless Grapes, Halved
  3.  1C       Bacon, Cooked Crispy, Diced
  4.  1C       Parsley, Chopped
  5.  1C       Micro Greens
  6.  ½C      Cambozola Cheese, Crumbled, More if desired
  7.  1C       Pita Chips

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

  • Small and Large Mixing Bowls

DIRECTION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Blend No.75 mixture, Vinaigrette, lemon zest and juice
  2. Mix well with a fork or wire mixer, set aside for the flavors to infuse
  3. Add red and green grapes and parsley in a mixing bowl,
  4. Add some of the dressing and toss to mix
  5. Divide and Plate them in each individual salad dish
  6. Add bacon in the same mixing bowl, add some of the dressing and toss to mix
  7. Divide and Place bacon mixture on top of grapes on each plate  
  8. Top with micro green, cheese and pita chips and serve.
