Beef Kabob Chili No.20

BLEND No.20 CREATIVE RECIPE

Part of the excitement of creating food is having ingredients readily available so when the creative urge presents itself there's no loss in momentum. You can easily lose your enthusiasm if you have to search and shop for ingredients every time you are inspired to create.

I accomplish this by having my Blends mixtures as well as extra food mixed with my Blends either raw or cooked in the refrigerator and readily available to create something totally new. Here is what I created with some uncooked beef Kabob mixture in the refrigerator.


BLEND INGREDIENTS
Black Pepper, Curry, Turmeric, Parsley, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Herbs & Spices

Serves 6 - 8

INGREDIENTS

  1. ¼C  Onion, Finely Chopped
  2. 2T   Olive Oil
  3. 1C   Carrots, Diced
  4. 2lb  Beef Kabob Mixture with Blend No.20 from the refrigerator
  5. 1C   Tomato Sauce, More if Needed
  6. 1C    Zucchini, Diced
  7. 1C    Red Kidney Beans, Canned
  8. ¼C   White Beans, Canned   
  9. ¼C   Corn
  10. D     Sea Salt and Pepper Freshly Ground
  11.        Mint Tips, For Garnish, Optional

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

  • Medium Size 3” Deep Pan

COOK

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
  2. Add onion and sauté until translucent
  3. Add carrot and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add beef mixture and cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add tomato sauce and let it come to boil
  6. Add zucchini, red and white beans, stir and cook for few minutes
  7. Add corn and dash of salt and pepper to taste
  8. Let it cook until done, 5 minutes
  9. Garnish with mint and serve immediately with your choice of sides, relish and condiments
