INGREDIENTS

  1. 5C Watermelon_ Diced
  2. 5C Cantaloupe _ Diced
  3. 5C Honeydew_ Diced
  4. 5C Oranges _ Wedged _Diced
  5. 5C Apples _ Wedged _ Diced
  6. 5C Red Grapes
  7. 3T Lemon Juice_ Freshly Squeezed

KITCHEN GADGETS AND TOOLS REQUIRED

  • 40 (10”) Stainless Steele Sticks

ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS

  1. Chill skewers in your freezer for couple of hours
  2. Make sure all diced pieces are around the same size around 1”
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice on apples to avoid oxidation
  4. Thread the most dense fruit first so it does not slide down the skewer
  5. First skewer apple
  6. Next honeydew
  7. Next cantaloupe
  8. Next watermelon
  9. Next orange
  10. Top with grape to give it a finished looked

DISPLAY DIRECTIONS


Lay skewers down on a plate with fruit end on the middle
Or, fill a deep bowl with decorative glass chips and place skewers upward
