Sweet Potato Spinach Walnut Pizza No.75

If you are a vegetarian this is the dream pizza for you. This recipe offers complete nutrition and a delicious array of flavors in every bite. From sweet potato, earthy spinach, nutty walnuts and pungent salty goat cheese – all brought together by my versatile Savor No.75.

INGREDIENTS

Filling

  1. 1                 Pizza Dough, Store Bought 
  2. 2T               Olive Oil
  3. 1T               HomeiraStyle Savor No.75, Already mixed with olive oil,  ( see Original Signature Recipe )
  4. 1                 Sweet Potato, Sliced, Roasted                     
  5. 1T               Olive Oil 
  6. ¼C              Onion, Chopped
  7. 2C               Spinach, Julienned 
  8. D                 Sea Salt and Pepper, Freshly Ground
  9. 2T               HomeiraStyle Savor No.75, Already mixed with olive oil, see Original Signature Recipe
  10. 1C               Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  11. 1C               Greyer Cheese, Shredded 
  12. ¼C              Goat Cheese, More if needed
  13. ¼C              Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chopped                                                         
  14. ¼C              Walnuts, Caramelized 
  15. 2T               Olive Oil, For drizzling, Optional
  16. 2T               Mint Chiffonade  
  17. 2T               Basil, Chiffonade

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

    • Medium Size Pan

    • Pizza Peel

    • Roller


    DIRECTION

    1. Heat Oven to 450˚F
    2. Put dough in a bowl, add oil, cover and let rise for 2-3 hours in warm temperature
    3. Transfer dough onto lightly floured working surface, divide it into 2 equal pieces for thinner crust
    4. Roll out and stretch dough to your desired thinness and shape
    5. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle, Blend No.75, salt and pepper
    6. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden. Take out and set aside
    7. Heat oil in pan over medium high
    8. Add onion, sauté until translucent
    9. Add spinach, sauté until tender, add salt and pepper and remove from heat
    10. Spread cheeses over pizza crust
    11. Spread spinach mixture
    12. Arrange potato slices
    13. Place goat cheese in between potato slices
    14. Spread sun dried tomato 
    15. Return to oven and bake for about 4-5 minutes, or until cheeses melt, 
    16. Transfer to working surface
    17. Spread walnuts
    18. Drizzle with oil, optional
    19. Garnish with mint and basil chiffonade and anything else you think may taste and look good on your pizza such as edible flowers
